The comment library in Waypoint is a feature that allows you to grade assignments much faster because it provides preloaded comments at your fingertips. A variety of comments are available, including comments on APA, grammar, organization, etc. Here are the steps to access the comment library:
- Click on Grade Assignment
- Click on Begin Grading
- To add a comment, click on the paper
- For example, if you start typing APA, various comments will show up regarding APA
- Select the comment you want to add by clicking on it
- Click Post
You also have the option to create your own individualized comments and add them to the library. Here are the steps for this process:
- On the left-hand side, you will see the rubric
- Click on the tab that says Comment Library
- Click Add
- Write your comment
- Click Add
- Your comment is now in the library, and you can use it again in future courses and assignments
