When students submit PowerPoint presentations (as PPT files) using the "notes" section for added detail, the notes are not always visible. For grading purposes, to view the full presentations and notes, faculty need to "download" each file.
- Click on "Viewing" at the top of the screen
- Open file to view students's work
- Click on Enable Editing, and you will be able to view the notes for the presentation.
