All document exchanges between the Chair, the Committee Member, and the student should take place within the ADP course. There are designated Assignments for each chapter in the ADP courses, and you should use those to exchange drafts and revisions. Communications between the student and the committee that occurs outside the ADP course must be documented by the student in the weekly discussion forums.
