The ADP Committee works together to direct, support, and guide the doctoral student through the ADP process from start to finish. The Committee must be able to work well together and also work well with the student. As the Chair, it is your job to facilitate that work and ensure everyone understands their roles and fulfills their responsibilities. The Committee comprises the Chair, the Committee Member (CM), and the Methodological Reader (MR). The ADP Chair Training (available for self-enrollment) is an excellent resource to complete before you serve as an ADP Chair and to reference throughout the process.
