If you click on the Quiz Reset Link in the course and it states that you do not have permission to view, please try the following:
- Clear caches, cookies, Internet history, etc. Tip: Pushing CTRL+Shift+Delete (non-mac users) will bring up a dialog to clear your cache in any browser.
- Log into your Microsoft 365 account and try again to access the Quiz Reset Link in the course. You must be logged into your Microsoft 365 account to have permission to view the QRF in the course.
- If you still can't access the form, contact FacultyHelp@uagc.edu.
