Due to the transition of UAGC to the University of Arizona in July of 2023, all employees employed by UAGC prior to July 1, 2023, will have two W2s for their 2023 tax returns.

For wages earned January 1, 2023 – June 30, 2023, you will have a W2 from UAGC (found in Workday).

For wages earned July 1, 2023 – December 30, 2023, you will have a W2 from University of Arizona (found in UAccess)

To change an address, enter federal/state tax elections, set up direct deposit, access pay statements and tax documents, or reach out to the UA payroll customer service team, you will need to log into your UAccess account. You can gain entry to UAccess via the Faculty Affairs Home Page in the tiles located on the right-hand side (please be sure you are using Chrome as your browser).
