A Faculty Development & Coaching Specialist (FDCS) is a member of the Faculty Affairs department responsible for developing and delivering faculty curriculum and coaching new faculty through the New Faculty Experience (NFE).
NOTE: The FDCS was previously referred to as an FSDA (Faculty Support & Development Associate) before January 2020. FDCS are no longer specifically assigned to support individual faculty members.
