In each course they teach, faculty have ready access to just-in-time support and instructional consultation. FacultyHelp is both a repository of on-demand resources and an email address that faculty can contact for assistance with classroom issues. Meanwhile, Faculty Support and Classroom Consultants (FSCC):
- Send timely reminders when faculty don't meet UAGC Standard Teaching Expectations
- Facilitate semi-annual formative course feedback discussions
- Host monthly Faculty Affairs Office Hours where faculty can connect and discuss instructional issues.
NOTE: The Faculty Support Consultants were previously known as FSDA (Faculty Support & Development Associates) before January 2020. Unlike FSDAs, the FSCC are no longer specifically assigned to support individual faculty members.
