There could be a few reasons why a video will not upload to your Canvas course.
First, check if your upload speed is too slow. You can try turning off your VPN (Global Protect), as it often affects the speed and ability of your computer to upload. To do this,
- Click on the Global Protect icon in your taskbar.
- Click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the pop-up box.
- Click "Disconnect" in the drop-down menu.
- Type something, for example: "Video not uploading," in the explanation box.
Your video should upload much faster now. When you finish uploading your video, click the GlobalProtect icon and then Connect.
