To submit an IROAD (Incident Report of Academic Dishonesty), use the Report of Concern form and select "Incident Report for Academic Dishonesty (IROAD)" from the drop-down menu.
For questions related to the academic integrity policy or processes, including questions about Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI), please email Academic Integrity at academicintegrity@uagc.edu prior to submitting an IROAD.
