If you are ever unable to complete your teaching while in a contracted course, we understand! Faculty have emergencies too, and we will find someone to step in and finish your course for you. Please follow these steps if you find yourself in this situation:
- Contact your Program Chair immediately to let them know your situation.
- If you are able to, write a short summary of what week you currently are at in the course, what is currently due, and if anything is overdue and still needs to be completed.
- Contact your Faculty Scheduler at facultyscheduler@uagc.edu immediately to request someone to cover your course and give them your summary.
- Once you are available, please let your Faculty Scheduler know when you will be able to teach again so that they can update your schedule.
