To request urgent corrections in your course, please use the Course Fix Form linked in the Help menu in your Canvas classroom's left navigation bar.

NOTE: If you click on the link in the course and it states that you do not have permission to view, please try the following:
- Clear cache, cookies, Internet history, etc. (Tip: Pushing CTRL+Shift+Delete (non-mac users) will bring up a dialog to clear your cache in any browser.)
- Log into your Microsoft 0365 account and try again to access the CFF in the course. You must be logged into your Microsoft O365 account to have permission to view the CFF in the course.
The Course Fix Form is for faculty to report broken links/errors in a course that prevent students from completing their coursework. If your issue or error relates to a resource change, content change, curriculum feedback, or general course recommendations, the faculty lead for the course must approve any changes before they are implemented. Please review Locating Program Chair Name in Workday for help identifying the lead faculty for a course.
Based on the level of urgency, please allow 1-5 business days for your request to be completed. You will receive a detailed confirmation email once your reported issue is resolved.
